Certain CarrierLookup features may require a paid subscription.
Prices, available features, usage limits, billing periods, and other subscription details will be shown on the applicable subscription or checkout page.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing terms presented when the subscription is purchased.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout and any applicable recurring charges.
We may change subscription plans, features, limits, or prices in the future. Any material change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in an appropriate manner.

Cancellation may stop future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed unless a refund is specifically provided under the applicable refund policy or required by law.
You may not use CarrierLookup to:
i. Break or attempt to break any applicable law or regulation.
ii. Access another person's account without authorization.
iii. Interfere with the website, servers, APIs, databases, or security systems.
iv. Attempt to bypass search, API, export, subscription, or usage restrictions.
v. Use automated methods to collect or copy information when such activity is not permitted by your plan or our service rules.
vi. Introduce malicious software, harmful code, or other material that could damage the service or its users.
vii. Misrepresent CarrierLookup data as an official government record or as information personally verified by CarrierLookup when it has not been.
viii. Use information obtained from the service for unlawful harassment, fraud, discrimination, threats, or other unlawful activity.
ix. Resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit CarrierLookup data except where expressly permitted by your subscription or written authorization.
If CarrierLookup provides API access, you must use the API within the limits and technical requirements of your subscription.
You may not share API credentials publicly, sell access to your credentials, or use the API in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems.
We may suspend or restrict API access when we detect abuse, excessive usage, security concerns, or a violation of these Terms.
We aim to keep CarrierLookup available and reliable, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
The website or individual features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features when necessary.
The CarrierLookup website, design, software, branding, logos, original content, databases, and other materials created or provided by CarrierLookup are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Using CarrierLookup does not give you ownership of our software, branding, website, or proprietary materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CarrierLookup's proprietary materials without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
CarrierLookup may use information from public records, third-party databases, data providers, government sources, analytics providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other external services.
We do not control all third-party information or services and cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.
